Leadership should live close to the cafes, branches and markets it is responsible for.
Gr3ySpace is headquartered in Dallas, with regional offices in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Houston, Salt Lake City and San Francisco. The map is deliberate.
Dallas puts the executive team, shared services, investor relations and division leadership in the middle of the country, a short flight from every other office and inside one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the United States. It is also a strong market for both companies: a large, growing population that buys specialty coffee and maintains a lot of lawn.
Consumer and property services are local businesses. Weather, labor markets, licensing rules, grass types and coffee habits change from one region to the next. Decisions about them are better made by people who live with them.
Close to every market we will serve.
Regional leaders own their markets. The group owns the shared platform underneath them. The result should feel local to a customer and consistent to anyone comparing one region with another: the same standards, the same reporting and the same promise, delivered by people who know the neighborhood.
Our headquarters is at 1910 Pacific Avenue, Suite 2000, in Dallas. All six offices keep the same hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. The best first step is the contact form, which routes each message to the right team the first time.
