Gr3ySpace LLC acquires established operators and creates new brands, with franchising as the purpose of both. Chocojava and LawnPoint are the first: Chocojava will serve consumers; LawnPoint will serve property owners and managers; Gr3ySpace itself will franchise both brands and finance their franchisee networks. The companies begin operating in 2027, and each will run its own operations. The group runs the functions that make them stronger together.

Ownership at the group level funds sourcing relationships, training, equipment and service infrastructure that a stand-alone cafe or branch could not carry on its own, and leaves each company the character that makes it worth owning.
